My skill set includes business and systems analysis, consulting, project and implementation management, and user training. This has translated into extensive knowledge and hands on experience in full life-cycle implementations. My versatility has enabled me to offer my services to organizations that need to do more with less. This is of particular importance as industries face ever-increasing changes and demands that require new business solutions, and tools to implement those processes. Increased productivity is key to an organization's bottom line. My versatility has enabled me to play an integral role in accomplishing this.

Proactive vs. Reactive….
Issues, although unfortunate, will occur and must be dealt with. Issues such as project delays, cost overruns, implementation bottlenecks, and resistance to change. In a reactive role, I possess extensive experience offering solutions and options to such challenges. In contrast, an area that I excel in is to take a proactive approach to an implementation. To forecast potential risks, and implement business protocols and processes that prevents or minimizes the occurrence of such risks. Effective proactive management is the key to a successful implementation and yields favorable results to an organization's bottom line. It not only means utilizing proven business practices but also taking initiatives to develop new business solutions and processes.

Even with an exceptional array of technical and business skills, how we conduct ourselves in the business world determines how clients perceive us, and directly impacts on the reputation of the organization we represent. This is why corporate culture has become a greater focus for organizations and why “behavioral interviews” are now an integral part of any organizations HR recruitment process. The work ethic I have always adopted is executing my responsibilities as if the company were my own. Going the extra mile for the customer, inspiring confidence, and building a strong relationship from the onset. I have adopted a philosophy of seeing a problem as another challenge, a combative client as a client resistant to change, and a dissatisfied client as an opportunity to win the customer over. I adopt the same philosophy with any project team I manage or work within. My work ethic has yielded an excellent history of employer and customer satisfaction supported by numerous testimonials..
